Yalumba Samuel's Collection Eden Valley Chardonnay 2021

Pale straw in colour with green tints. Initial aromas of lemon and grapefruit on a background of apple blossom. With a little time in the glass it reveals hints of fresh pear, jasmine, toasted sourdough bread and flint. Complex, richly aromatic and creamy yet fresh and vibrant with lovely natural acidity.

50% of the blend was fermented and matured for 11 months in new (10% of final blend) and 1-3 year old French oak barriques.
