All Raventós wines are made using the traditional method, the 'De Nit' being a combination of white grapes Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parallada blended with Monastrell. Lees ageing of 18 months.
Wild, citrus and white fruit with typical notes of Mediterranean herbs such as fennel. A voluminous mouthfeel with good structure, and an elegant, fresh and persistent finish.
