Traditional method, 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir once again work in perfect harmony to produce a sparkling wine with a fine bead - Emiliana refer to this as 'rosario' which refers to rosary beads. Something of Chile's warm climate vineyards comes through in a fresh pineapple nose over a biscuity palate with a touch of fresh apricot all freshened by that natural acidity inherent in the bubbles.
