80% Grenache Noir, 20% Carignan.
The grapes are hand-harvested and de-stemmed in the winery, then a short maceration takes place in concrete for the Grenache while the Carignan is aged in 5-year-old Burgundy barrels to round out the tannin.
Red berries, black cherries, spice and just a grating of dark chocolate. The palate is robust and smooth.
