Low yielding old vines produce a dry opulent wine with silky peach perfumed fruit and excellent acidity. Delicate elderflower flavours with ripe pear lead to a crisp limey palate. During winemaking, the wine is left on the lees to give it greater complexity and a fuller bodied character.
